Graduation Participation Requirements

REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATING IN GRAD CEREMONIES

1. Must be enrolled in courses at Peter Skene Ogden Secondary.
2. Students must possess a minimum 80 credits by the end of June.
3. Students must be passing all courses as of the Term 3 (first report card of Semester 2), and be successfully completed  half of any distance education, other external or SMARTT/Alternate/SkyLine course(s).
4. Students must be complete all graduation requirement. Please see Graduation Requirements - Province of British Columbiafor more information.      
   
   Required Courses are:                                                         

• • A Language Arts 10 (4 credits) 
  • A Language Arts 11 (4 credits) 
  • A Language Arts 12 (4 credits) 
  • A Social Studies 10 (4 credits) 
  • A Social Studies 11 or 12 (4 credits) 
  • A Mathematics 10 (4 credits) 
  • A Mathematics 11 or 12 (4 credits) 
  • A Science 10 (4 credits) 
  • A Science 11 or 12 (4 credits)
  • Physical and Health Education 10 (4 credits)
  • An Arts Education and/or an Applied Design, Skills, and Technologies 10, 11, or 12 (4 credits) 
  • Career Life Education (4 credits)
  • Career Life Connections (4 credits)
  • Indigenous-focused (4 credits)
  • Capstone Project
